Ways to Stay Health

Health is very dangerous thing to lose. Unfortunately we understand importance of health, after we lost it. However, there are several easly ways to stay healthy.
First of all, the food is important for health. So, we should eat fresh fruit and vegetables. At the same time, we should avoid fast and junk food such as hamburger, cips, coke. Also, we should consume dairy products everyday. We should avoid smoke and alchol. In short, regular diet is key of healthy life.
  Besides the importance of food, sport is important for health. I mean, we should do sport everyday. Also, sport benefits to keep body young. I clearly, sport projects health and help us feel better.
   In addition to own these, cleaning is important for get rid of germs. First, we should brush teeth after meals. Second, we should take a showerr everyday. Third, we should often wash our hands before and after from meals. All in all, thanks to cleaning we can easily get away from germs.
  As we have seen, staying healthy includes some easily rules. This rules are regular diet, do sport and cleaning body. People lost their health for money but, after they spend their money for health. Infact, we can protect them easily when we follow these ways.

    your introduction is very short, your connection with thesis and background information in the first paragraph is too sharp.

    your topic sentences and body paragraphs are ok actually, but as I said I couldnt understand the type:)

  2. No my teacher, this is a normal essay that I wrote. I have just written here. It may be so. Also, I think I look like Selen,that think different :)
